Zo verbind je Zammad MCP
Zammad MCP draait lokaal vanuit een MCP Bundle: één downloadbaar archief met een lokale server en een manifest dat die beschrijft: https://github.com/Servosity/msp-skills/releases/download/zammad-v0.1.6/zammad-mcp.mcpb, versie 0.1.6. Hij spreekt MCP via stdio, dus de client start hem als programma en communiceert ermee via standaardinvoer en -uitvoer. Hij vereist een client die MCP Bundles installeert; het bestand wordt in die client geopend of eraan toegevoegd. Hij leest deze omgevingsvariabelen: ZAMMAD_API_TOKEN (verplicht, geheim), ZAMMAD_BASE_URL, ZAMMAD_URL (verplicht), ZAMMAD_MCP_HTTP_TOKEN (geheim), ZAMMAD_USER_AGENT en PRINTING_PRESS_CLIENT_PROFILE; stel ze in de configuratie van de client voor deze server in.
