Onepassword

Onepassword runs locally from a Node.js package published to the npm registry: onepassword-mcp-server version 0.5.4. It speaks MCP over stdio, so the client starts it as a program and talks to it through standard input and output. It needs Node.js; clients usually start it with npx — the usual command is npx -y onepassword-mcp-server@0.5.4. It reads these environment variables: OP_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_TOKEN (required, secret), ENABLED_TOOLGROUPS, SKIP_HEALTH_CHECKS, DANGEROUSLY_SKIP_ELICITATIONS, OP_ELICITATION_READ, OP_ELICITATION_WRITE and OP_WHITELISTED_ITEMS; set them in the client's configuration for this server.
