Kci Openapi MCP runs locally from an MCP Bundle: a single downloadable archive holding a local server and a manifest that describes it: https://github.com/rubatoyd/KCI_openAPI/releases/download/v0.3.6/kci-openapi-mcp.mcpb version 0.3.6.
