ConnectWise Manage MCP draait lokaal vanuit een MCP Bundle: één downloadbaar archief met een lokale server en een manifest dat die beschrijft: https://github.com/Servosity/msp-skills/releases/download/connectwise-manage-v0.2.0/connectwise-manage-mcp.mcpb, versie 0.2.0. Hij spreekt MCP via stdio, dus de client start hem als programma en communiceert ermee via standaardinvoer en -uitvoer. Hij vereist een client die MCP Bundles installeert; het bestand wordt in die client geopend of eraan toegevoegd. Hij leest deze omgevingsvariabelen: CONNECTWISE_MANAGE_BASE_URL, CW_API_VERSION, CW_CLIENT_ID (verplicht, geheim), CW_COMPANY_ID (verplicht), CW_PRIVATE_KEY (verplicht, geheim), CW_PUBLIC_KEY (verplicht, geheim) en CW_SITE (verplicht); stel ze in de configuratie van de client voor deze server in.
