How to connect Zammad MCP
Zammad MCP runs locally from an MCP Bundle: a single downloadable archive holding a local server and a manifest that describes it: https://github.com/Servosity/msp-skills/releases/download/zammad-v0.1.6/zammad-mcp.mcpb version 0.1.6. It speaks MCP over stdio, so the client starts it as a program and talks to it through standard input and output. It needs a client that installs MCP Bundles; the file is opened in, or added to, that client. It reads these environment variables: ZAMMAD_API_TOKEN (required, secret), ZAMMAD_BASE_URL, ZAMMAD_URL (required), ZAMMAD_MCP_HTTP_TOKEN (secret), ZAMMAD_USER_AGENT and PRINTING_PRESS_CLIENT_PROFILE; set them in the client's configuration for this server.
